Under Australian consumer law, Armcao Pty Ltd (trading as) Northside Raw Materials / Northside Landscaping Supplies, are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
In some cases, Northside will accept return of clean raw materials. (If contaminated or in an electric ant area we will not be able to return them into yard.) We will also accept full pallet returns, stacked in original configuration for pavers, blocks, and retaining wall blocks. Product must be untouched/clean of dirt and debris.
Pavers Colour, Thickness, Damage. As pavers are made from natural materials and cement. Some colour and size variations can be expected and it’s recommended where more than one pallet is used, then pavers from all pallets should be blended as job proceeds. Thickness (height) may vary + or – 2.5mm, and dimension (size) + or – 3mm. Chipped or damaged pavers up to 4% is considered to be within industry standards and should be put aside for cutting. (Visit The Concrete Masonry Association of Australia website – www.cmaa.com.au for more information). If the acceptable level of unsatisfactory pavers exceeds these standards, contact Northside Raw Materials / Northside Landscaping Supplies immediately.
Please check your order for colour, texture, quantity and condition within 24 hours of delivery. Any irregularities in the product should be directed to the Northside Raw Materials / Northside Landscaping Supplies immediately, or within 48 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted for irregularities after laying of product.

Please Note:
-Natural products will contain a variety of living micro-organisms on rare occasions, environmental organisms have been associated with illness in humans. Please wear appropriate PPE. Avoid inhalation of dust and wash hands thoroughly after use.
-All colour products should be ordered at the one time to reduce the risk of batch variations.
-Some colour and size variations can be expected with natural products
-No claim will be accepted for under or over estimations of quantities
-No claim will be accepted once product has been installed
-Pallet quantities may vary from time to time
-We strongly advice customers to allow 3% to 5% wastage with their measurements
-Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are GST Inclusive.
Deliveries are to kerb or driveway only, however please be aware if you require specific tipping instructions that we will do our best to tip where requested. Therefore no responsibility can be taken if damage is caused to property above or below ground. However if our truck cannot access the location requested our only alternative is to then tip on the front kerb or driveway.
If this is not suitable we can return the product to our yard although this will incur a delivery fee and your refund will be for the cost of the product only. Please call 40577688 if you have any questions on our truck sizes.
